Named Books Can't Be Edited

I'm playing around with writable books and the /give command. I gave myself minecraft:writable_book with the data tag {display:{Name:"Wireless Keyboard"}}. I couldn't edit it, despite it being a 'writable' book. I would really like a custom named book that can be edited.
