Sunflowers appearing when breaking certain blocks

when breaking tall grass, large fern ,rose bushes , lilacs. "a sunflower appears for a split second " . i tried breaking a door to see whether or not this happened to "double block items only" , surely the bottom part of the door disappeared and the top part of the door opened in the opposite direction for a split second and then disappeared . i have tried this in creative just to note
