Can't launch into game

What I expected to happen was...:
We just bought the game and we are having a difficult time "launching" it after hitting the large "play" button.

What actually happened was...:
After hitting "play", we get an error message saying "Uhoh, it looks like the game has crashed. Sorry.."

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Hit the large play button
2. ...Error came up
3. ...
