Custom Named and Enchanted Bows disappeare

Any custom named Bow or arrows will disappear from a players inventory! It has happened on multiple occasions however there doesn't seem to be any reason or trigger why. However it some times happens when placing blocks, Changing game mods, opening inventory, Spawning mobs or red stone being activated.
