Axe Efficiency

In 1.4.5 when using an axe with Efficiency enchanted on it, I could mow through leaves around trees like a shovel through dirt (with Efficiency). After the update, I'm back to slowly clearing away leaves, even with Eff 5 on my diamond axe.

No mods / texture packs installed.
