Minecraft PvP Glitch- Latency

Description- People from another country from the server that have good internet (usually 150-300ms) get insane range on a player, with say, 1-70ms. Yes, the people with good ping still 10 block people, but, the latency is also another glitch that 10 blocks other players.

How to reproduce- Fight a very good pvper that is from another country then the PvP server, with good internet, and watch the range they have on you.
