Wierd chunkloading

Whenever i create a new world, chunkloading seems random to the south of the spawnpoint of the character and normal to the north. The bug however, fixes itself, when i turn off Anisotropic Filtering, and does not reappear after i reenable it.

EDIT: I run all videosettings at max.
