Testfor, testforblock, and testforblocks not working in commands! - 14w19a

Help! When I type /testfor @a[r=10] into a command block it says "Unknown command". But it works if I type it into the chat. Same for testforblock and testforblocks. Is this normal?

I just noticed same happens for ALL COMMANDS! AND IN 1.7 TOO! WHAT IS HAPPENING? PLEASE HELP!
