Crush wile grinding XP and losing player data

I have a dedicated server running on linux in my house
I was using my XP grinder that is working from 2 cave spyder spowners. I forgot about it and it build up more than 350 spyders and it crushed the server. Complitly shuting it down and i had to manualy turn it on. The bad thing is that it corupted all the players files that ware loged in at the time of the crush and evryone spown to the spown area and had lost all inventory plus ender chest.
This has hapend 3 times with the same result.
