Tamed Ocelot Acts Like Wild One

I tamed an ocelot recently and it sits down like a good kitty, but when I go to click on him to stand up, he stands up (I clicked him)... and started running away from me... (_) ... ... He has a different skin, makes tamed cat noises, and he teleports to me too; just like a tamed one should, but he just won't stop running... It is annoying... I summoned him via /summon with the coordinates ~7 ~ ~7 (7 blocks away from me diagonally to my right, I did that to make him walk to me once i hold the fish) and his skin is the one with the blue eyes and gray skin (is that the persian?)
