Enderdragons ignore WorldBorders

Enderdragon pass by WorldBorders and doen't hurt when outside the WorldBorder.

What I was expecting was the Enderdragon will not pass through the .

What actually happened was the Enderdragon passed through the WorldBorder.

What actually happened was the Enderdragon doesn't hurted when outside the WorldBorder.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Summon Enderdragon or go to End
2.Set the WorldBorder with short Distance
3.Lead the EnderDragon to the WorldBorder
