Mob Death Particle Bug-Mobs spawn particles after death with particle options is set to minimal

I killed a mob and the particles spawned.I checked the Video Settings and the Particle options is set to Minimal.I also checked the updates with the new version and there's no new about Particles.I checked the previous version and the mobs did not spawn particles after death.

*What I expected to happen was...
The mob should not spawn Cloud particles after death because the Particle options is set to Minimal

*What actually happened was...
The mob spawned Cloud particles after death

*Steps to Reproduce:
1.Set the Particle option to Minimal
2.Spawn of find any mob
3.Kill the mob
