Breaking a double tall grass block briefly shows the top of a sunflower.

It's not a big deal, but it may be confusing for users.

Steps To Reproduce (Since it's too quick to get a screenshot)
1: Find a double (two block high) tall grass block
2: Break the Bottom of it (It doesn't seem to happen when breaking the top)
3: Watch as the top part of a sunflower block pops up on the top-half of the tall grass block.
