ligting bug whit sugar cane

What I expected to happen was...:
that i just placed a normal suger cane

What actually happened was...:
ligting bug if you lookt at the sugar cane

Steps to Reproduce:
1. place suger canes on a sand ore dirt block next to water
2. place a block around the sugar cane
3. stand on the block you placed you get a ligting bug
