Minecraft 300 to 0 fps, java update

It is version 1.7.5; though your version droplist says it doesnt exist

Hey, I've been experiencing Minecraft to get some insane fps drops. They come out of nothing, it just randomly starts. I have a pretty good Computer and i usually run Minecraft between 250 and 800 fps, so that cant be it. When I was thinking back on what i did last before playing. It was updating my Java. I believe that the newest Java update is having something to do with it. Im sorry if this is a clientsided problem that i am the only one experiencing, but i hope you can help me out.
