Open door changes wood type

I typed the command /setblock ~ ~ ~ wooden_door 11 ontop of a dark oak wooden plank and it was invisible and then i right-clicked and the dark_oak turned to spruce and then a placed a block next to the door and the door and the wood both dissapeared and didn't drop items! What on earth is this?
