What can i do

On the Server "BoomBoomCraft ImpressiveNetwork" with the IP:37.59.28.132 on the Parkour it says : Parkour is no longer being Developed. Please disable Parkour.MOTD in the config.yml.
I don't know because im german. Please tell me what to do. :,(
