Redstone Texture Flipped

What I expected to happen was a normal line of redstone, to complete my 3x3 slime block piston door.
What actually happened was the redstone texture was rotated so it looked like a bunch of straight lines that wouldn't ever transfer signals, even though they did.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place down redstone dust
The textures should be turned 90 degrees.
