Can destroy glowstone while in Adventure mode

I was in adventure mode, whilst i was playing a homemade arena with my friend. Suddenly i broke a glowstone. I tried again to see if it was me, or my friend. And sure enough it was me. I thought i would let you guys know about and report back if it's a bug or if it isn't.
