Tried to launch Minecraft but it crashed. Happens every time I attempt to launch it.

What I expected to happen was...:
I expected the game to launch after I clicked play on the launcher.

What actually happened was...:
A crash report came up and it said the game crashed.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open newest Minecraft launcher.
2. Click Play
3. It crashes almost immediately.
