Crash as soon as I try to join LAN game

One machine starts a LAN game, I connected to it and we were able to play for a few minutes, I killed him, he respawned and killed me, my screen went all wonky and then crashed. Now everytime I try to join the LAN game, my game crashes. I have attached the crash report.
