New Snapshot Lags and Delays things-(Chunk Update)

I am playing on a world and the new snapshot lags me out. NOT LITERILY LAG but chunk update lag and sometimes 1/2 second screen lag-rarely. I had sethbling's Zelda special attack schemetic on it. I don't know if it is redstone lag but it delays opening chests, putting up signs etc. And it also decreases my FPS. I usually have 150-200 or more. But it may go down to 50-120 or more and sometimes even lower! I don't have issues in other worlds... It possibly could be Sethbling's redstone lag but i don't think it would do anything would it?
