Item Frame crash.

What I expected to happen was...:
An Item Frame to successfully be placed, on two Stone blocks.

What actually happened was...:
The game crashed.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make a new flat world (creative, bonus chest: on, generated structers: on, and cheats: on.)
2. Place a Stone block and another on top
3. Try to place an Item Frame, and the game will crash.
