Chunk error

There is a single are in my 360 edition that will not load in multiplayer. I (the Host) can see this area 24/7 but the others who play in my world cant see it all. its on a super flat world and im building a city but this area has become a problem. i have had this issue for 2 months now and i cant find any way to fix it myself.
