Crash to Desktop Upon Creating Spawner

Created a Wither Skeleton Spawn with the following command:

/setblock 150 -200 8 mob_spawner 0 replace {EntityId:Skeleton,SpawnData:{SkeletonType:1}}

Immediately afterwards, the game crashes for anyone who loads that chunk. I have attached the crash report.
