Paiting Spawning

I was playing minecraft and I had just learned how to generate a mob spawner so I tried to make a painting spawner and it crashed my game three times in a row!!

What I expected to happen was...:
I expected to have a painting spawner that spawns random paintings around my house.

What actually happened was...:
What actually happened was that minecraft crshed.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make a stone 5x5x5 room and stand in the middle of it.
2. Type in /setblock ~ ~ ~ mob_spawner 0 replace

3. Press enter and minecraft will crash.
