Minecraft launcher unable to open

Download and open the minecraft launcher, it opens a text window. It appears to look for an update, not find one, and then try and open the launcher (Full text is attatched below). At this point it crashes, which says "Java(TM) Platform SE binary has stopped working". I have windows firewall as well as AVG disabled, and no other security program. I have ununstalled Java, redownloaded the launcher and restarted multiple times.
