[MC-53853] Attribute attackDamage with negative value makes the mob unhittable same without holding the item

Step 1:Put the command block with this command,

Step 2: Active the command block
Step 3:Spawn a zombie
Step 4: Try to kill it with the item
Step 5: Now Try to kill it without the item
How items with attribute can affect players?!
