Execute command with fill replace command does not work.

The execute command can't handle the fill replace command, there is no output.
The command: /execute @a[score_fly_min=1] ~ ~ ~ fill ~3 ~3 ~3 ~-3 ~-3 ~-3 minecraft:air 0 replace minecraft:barrier 0
Fly is a dummy objective.
