Relative teleport shows unnecessarily high-precision coordinates

Steps to reproduce:

1. Do a relative teleport such as /tp ~ ~ ~.

Expected result:

The coordinates are shown truncated to a sane amount of decimal points.

Actual result:

The coordinates seem to be shown in full precision:

Teleported nyuszika7h to -254.76862450165316,64.0,-119.76605451693177

I'm pretty sure 99% of people don't care about the full precision, it just clutters the chat. It isn't displayed in other places either.
