my minecraft has been deleted

Hello, i havent been on my xbox in a couple of month as my old one broke, but when i got mine back, it appered there was an update, and after the update was complete, it has said 'unlock full game', so i took my hardrive out and put it back in, and it said the same.. i am quite dissapointed that the game i payed £16 for has been taked off me, i cannot download it back as i have already tryed several times.
