Stained Glass Recipe gives (nearly) opposite colors

I wanted to craft some blue stained glass
when i put the lapis in it brought up yellow stained glass, and vice versa for dandelion yellow. when i put white in, it gave me black

Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to crafting menu
2. ...craft stained glass as usual
3. ...im not sure about any other colors, but you guys can do it, right? thx!
