/worldboarder won't let you move

Ok i've been experimenting with the new snapshot 14w17a

there was a bug with /worldborder
setting up worldborder at first is obviously fine, but after setting it to smaller amount while you're at the edge of it, will bugged you out from your current position where you can't move even 1 single block
