Stained Glass wrong coloring (crafting)

When I try to craft Stained Glass (Colored) it is not giving the right glass back (colored). Example of what I see: 8 pieces of glass in crafting table with a Red dye is giving Orange Stained Glass. Other example: 8 pieces of glass in crafting table with a yellow dye is giving Blue Stained Glass.
