Game crashes when player reaspawns

When using the /kill, clicking the respawn button causes my game to crash. Looking at the development console shows nothing, the list just ends were I killed myself. The game is not responding for me and will not close as well. How lovely! After about 2 minutes, the game closed. I then got the error report that can be found Here: http://pastebin.com/45LPGJX4
