When placing a Crafting Bench using the /setblock command it has no texture

When I used the newly implemented command /setblock to set an Enderchest to a Crafting Bench the Crafting Bench showed up with no texture.
The first screenshot shows the command I used to set the crafting Bench block. The second screenshot shows the crafting bench as it would be with no texture, yet I am not using a custom resource pack and have the texture in the game as you can see next to it.
