Minecraft Crash

Alright, so I was building in creative when all the sudden, Minecraft crashed, now I have run into plenty of crashes that don't effect the chunks/blocks. This one happened to wipe out all non-natural (player made) changes/features within a certain radius. I have the error report attached.
