Ghost Blocks??

On the Minecraft Xbox 360 Edition there is an annoying bug which after mining a block, it comes back after just a few seconds. I'm not sure if its Internet connection or what have you, but it really has gotten on my nerves. This makes difficult mining and creations are difficult to build if you mess up, but mostly mining. (ignore affected versions)
