Intense lag when a certain command is put into a command block

How to duplicate:
1. Create a new world. Does not matter what game version, as long as you can access creative
2. Create a command block with the following command: /summon EntityHorse ~ ~2 ~

3. When the object is summoned there is intense lag in fps. Did not test on servers.
