Minecraft Server

After updating my server version from 1.7.5 to 1.7.9 (both were .jar files) after launching 1.7.9 the server converted all .txt files to.JSON and made copies of some. There was a new file that was added, usercache.json, don't know if that is important or not. For now I will leave it alone.
