MC-53094Cannot get custom heads with setblock Owner tag
I am trying to setblock a custom player head, but when I try I just get a normal head.
Here is the command:
/setblock ~ ~ ~ skull 1 keep {Owner:{Name:CoolCrafter98},SkullType:3}
