comp. restarted not cant launch ANY MINECRAFT (that means modpack launchers too)

my comp. crashed its now working but i try and click minecraft it makes the signal that i launched but the launcher does not pop up on my screen. PLEASE HELP I WANT TO PLAY MINECRAFT!!! (note: i launched tekkit and that did not pop up either)(so maybe its my comp.?)
