Help internal Exception‏

What I expected to happen was...:
I have some questions about the server connection.
My minecraft has been updated to 1.7.9 so that's not the problem.
If i connect a server address i get some issues like:

internal Exception: io.netty.handler.codec.decoderException: java.io.IOEException: Bad packet id 148514561

internal Exception: io.netty.handler.codec.decoderException: Java.lang.RuntimeException: VarInt too big

Lost connection... Please try to reconnect

What actually happened was...:
The last few days if I want to play any server, it's keep kicking me out with a interna exception

please help
