Map reduction bug

1.First of all, I have a crafting table and Empty Map and a lot of paper.
2.I changed to map the Empty map.
3.I Place the crafting table.
4.In order to reduce the map, the map at the center, place the paper around it.
5.When you right-click while holding down the shift, you will not be able to reduce the map.
