All my textures disappear when glass, rails, torches... are in my hand

All my textures dissapear when glass, rails, torches... are in my hand

What I expected to happen was that I could play minecraft like the 1.6 version

What actually happened was that when transparents blocks were in my hand, all the textures of my world disappear and only saw the top of the water

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enter to your world
2. Put a block of cristal, a torch, a rail on the inventory
3. Select it to have it on hand
4. All the textures desappear
