Inventory Crafting Slots not targetable?

Seems like the inventory crafting slots are not targetable via commands?

/testfor @a {Inventory:[{Slot:80b,id:minecraft:leather_boots}]}

does not work.

It works with every other slot id. Have I done something wrong?
I would like to create custom inventory crafting!
