Random disappearing Blocks/Chests

Whenever i leave an area, A small area of the same block disappears and turns into air, I was playing on my main world when I Came into my storage, where all the wood i had used to create the area had disappeared, i went away to get some wood, and when i came back, all my chests had gone,no items on the ground, same happened at a Farm, all the bookcases, wood and a fair chunk of stone disappeared, along with some of the chests.
