Villagers get infected by nothing

I had two villagers spawned by curing zombie villagers and i had them in a house. It was getting night and i looked around to kill any zombie that had spawned. When i turned back my villagers were already zombies and there were no other mobs near there. Its not the first time it happens but this time im sure there were no zombies that could have infected them
