Lily Pad bug

I saw mob when walking on the lily pad they got buggy when they walking

What I expected to happen was...:
I tried to make a mob arena I designto make a lily pad land for my friends

What actually happened was...:
mob walk through lily pad and jump i dont know how to reproduce just tell only
