im seeing codes and my chat turns to blocks its very confusing sighs players and bheads turn into codes help!

my minecraft is becoming codes sbns and everything keep on going to codes
chat is just terrible i can even see it! then it gets even worse players dissiper and reappear and so do chunks its annoying
